All users in CompKeepr have the option to send messages to to other users with the following limitations.
Student
Can only send messages to preceptors or instructors in the same location as them. These messages are meant for brief communication or clarifications.
Preceptor / Educator
Can only send messages to students in their current location of the CompKeepr installation for a specific school.
Instructor / Coordinator
Can send messages to all students in the CompKeepr installation for the specific school.
School
Can send messages to all users in their CompKeepr installation for their school.
