All users have the ability to change their email or password at anytime. Name changes can be done by the following account types.
- Instructor, Clinical Associate, Coordinators can update the names of Preceptors in their location
- School accounts can update the names and emails of all users in the database.
- Customer support can update the names and emails of all users, as well as set temporary passwords when required.
Emails are only used for loggin in, and receiving notifications. Only accounts listed above that can edit your information can see the email address you use for logging in to CompKeepr.
