CompKeepr gives you option to duplicate student data for audit purposes.
Please note, your installation may not have this feature yet. Email Customer Support if you would like it added.
To Create an Audit User
- Click the Actions button then Duplicated for Audit. You will get a popup that tells you what will happen after confirming the duplication. Once you confirm, a user with the name Audit User will be created.
- If you would like to create an Audit User from an archived student, un-archive the student (using any location you want, it doesn't matter for this purpose). Once the student appears in your All Users page again, you can perform the following steps then archive them again immediately after.
If you have to create multiple audit account we suggest editing the Accounts to give them different names like Audit User 1, Audit User 2, etc.
- After duplicating the student information, you can create an account for the auditor by Adding a User and choosing the 'Audit' location. (this location is created when you duplicate a student's data, if you don't see the location it likely means you did not duplicate the data first.
- Once the audit is complete, you can delete the accounts for the audit user and the audit student using the 'Actions' button from Step One.
